About Leila Paul Design
My work is informed by 10 years of experience in global social justice organizing, with a focus on migrant communities in the U.S. and in refugee camps in Mexico and Europe.
I have developed multilingual digital products for 200,000+ users in 6 international markets, specializing in bilingual English-Spanish user research and mobile-first websites.
I am passionate about accessibility and inclusivity in all stages of the design process - from participatory research practices to collaborative and empathetic partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
We partner with organizations and small businesses to collaboratively develop digital experiences that embrace and engage the local community.
Grounded in community
Born and raised in Los Angeles, I bring 10 years of experience with grassroots organizing, mutual aid, and nonprofits.
Mutual respect
Stakeholder and client relationships are always treated with the utmost respect and commitment.
This includes ethical and participatory research processes, in-person bilingual support, and support in building connections with partner organizations.
Co-creation
We develop the vision and details together, with digital training and skills-building for your organization.
Accessible, beautiful, & usable
Websites leverage high-quality craft, custom logos and illustrations, WCAG accessibility compliance, and SEO optimization.
